Refunds

Due to the digital nature of ROSEFX™ products, all sales are final once your payment has been processed and the digital files have been made available for download. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after delivery.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive a corrupted file, or the product you received does not match its description, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Please include your order number, email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
